Type GSWL-SR24    Control Panel

GENERAL
This is a 1U subrack that contains a number of switches to control the overall system as well as a two line by sixteen character display. Drawing number A2-14124 shows the front and rear view of the unit

CONTROL
This unit communicates with the main controller GSWL-SR22 using RS422  via a rear panel RJ45 connector. DIP switches on the rear panel must be set to the room number. Up to 99 rooms are possible. The room number is entered in binary form using the DIP switches. The main controller talks to this panel to discover what room the system is in so that it can set all the appropriate parameters. When communication is complete the main controller will dictate the message to be shown in the display.

POWER SUPPLIES
The power for this unit is provided from the main controller GSWL-SR22.
