GS-CU001 WITH MODIFICATION 'E' COMMENTARY UNIT

The GS-CU001 'stand alone' commentators unit has become very popular and a few modified versions have been built to fulfil individual customers requirements. This version (modification 'E') of the GS-CU001 offers a useful extra facility and as such Glensound believe that it may be of interest to other engineers.

This modification of the GS-CU001 has all the same features as the standard unit (with the exception of TB switch operation see below) but has the addition of:

1) Providing the 2 main commentators a talkback circuit between each other.
2) Sidetone level pots on front panel (smaller diameter knob than other headphone level controls).
3) 2 completely passive mic outputs of A and C mic inputs.
4) 4 of individual inputs to each of the 2 headphone amps allowing each commentator to listen to different sources. For ease of setup it is possible to switch any of these 4 inputs to both headphone amps.

As with the standard GS-CU001 the modification 'E' is available with any of the 3 input / output circuit options (fully electronically balanced (version 1), electronically balanced inputs and transformer outputs (version 2) or transformer inputs and outputs (version 3)).
