SMALL POWER AMP WITH COMPRESSOR & FILTER/ EQ OPTION GS-PA001

This is a small mains powered power amplifier. It differs from most amplifiers on the market as it has an inbuilt compressor circuit on its input before the power amplifier. This compressor prevents the output of the amplifier from becoming distorted and provides protection for the loudspeaker.

Another very unusual feature of the amplifier is an option to install a custom designed filter/ equalizing circuit. Normally the amplifier is set to have a flat frequency response, but a custom designed EQ card can be installed to match the amplifiers frequency response to a particular loudspeaker arrangement.

Two Versions:

There are 2 versions of the amplifier.
GS-PA001 has the audio input on 2 pins of a RJ45 (Cat5) socket
GS-PA001A has an XLR audio input in parallel to the RJ45.
