PORTABLE ISDN EQUIPMENT & CODECS

GS-U2S
A handy new device allowing S Bus ISDN devices to be connected to U Bus ISDN lines.

GSGC25 & GSGC24
These portable units, are small, versatile, economic & ideal where more facilities are required than offered on our GSGC5. The GSGC25 offers 2 separate G722/G711 codecs, a twin terminal adapter (suitable for use anywhere in the World), a 3 channel mixer, battery operated & all packaged in an easy to use format.

GSGC5
This is a portable unit that can be battery operated and is specifically designed for the rigours of outside broadcast use. It is simple to use and contains an inbuilt Terminal Adapter and can be supplied with a choice of Codecs.

GSGC8
Our well known GSGC4&5 ISDN units are ideal for self operation by commentators and reporters but this mixer is for use at larger sports events that boast the luxury of an operator. One main requirement was to keep this unit as small and lightweight as possible. The overall size is only 407 x 308 x 127 mm and the overall weight is only 5700 grams.

GS1U-050
Probably the Worlds most economical 1U ISDN subrack

GSGC6
A 1U subrack containing a twin Terminal Adapter and one or two completely independent codecs. Designed to be simple for everyday use but comes complete with a good range of engineering facilities.
 

GSGC9
This is a 3U eurocard that was originally designed for use with our co axial commentators equipment. The card contains a twin terminal adapter and two completely independent Codecs both coding in G722 or G711 algorithms. It is an excellent value for money ISDN module that can now be supplied in a variety of formats.

TRANSMITTER BACK UP (RESERVE) SYSTEM
This system has been designed specially to provide a very economical mono reserve feed to transmitter stations. The reserve feed is provided using an ISDN dial up system with the audio encoded using the G722 algorithm.

 

CODEC ONLY EQUIPMENT (X21 INTERFACE)

GSGC17
The GSGC17 is a codec only subrack, designed to interface with external terminal adaptors or satellite equipment through a standard X21 port. It is 1U subrack that can accept one or two completely independant codecs from our standard range.

GS3U-057
This is a G722 codec only subrack, designed to interface with external terminal adaptors or satellite equipment through a standard X21 port. It is a 3U subrack that can accept up to 12 off G722 Codec cards.
